Cut Discs
Operating under the Glass Store 24 branding, Phoenix Optical Glass utilise our extensive edging, sawing, trepanning, water-jet and CNC grinding facilities to produce glass cut discs to customer specifications.
Covering the complete range of glass types and materials with competitively priced quotations within 24hrs of receipt of a request for quotation and one-week delivery of cut discs from receipt of order, part sizes are available from 6mm to 350mm in diameter.
Customers can also request and specify additional work to be carried out on discs, for example generating operations, or alternatively consider the supply of moulded parts saving ~30% on glass material costs.
